| | What happens after the equipment is installed? We believe the most important job begins: service and support. In order for all parties to benefit: guest, location and operator, the equipment must be properly maintained and in good working order. Therefore, Arnold Amusements maintains a 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency pager. While on site for collections, all equipment will be inspected and repaired if needed. If the challenge cannot be fixed on site, we will have any part needed sent overnight to minimize downtime. To support our technical department, we have partnered with the best distributors in the country. Our distributors have been in business for a combined total of over 100 years and warehouse over 500,000 parts in stock. This helps us keep downtime to a minimum. In addition they have a technical support department that provides troubleshooting assistance. Service and support provide minimal downtime, which in turn provide increased profits.
